


returns policy we want you to be thrilled with your purchase from popeau and hall plus.

Refunds
to obtain a refund of your goods(postage and packaging costs are not refunded).
you must send a confirmation email telling us you are returning goods within 3 days of your invoice (see top of invoice). if we do not recieve an email within this stipulated time we will assume that the item is sold
if we receive the email later than this we cannot issue a refund
all orders are sent by the royal mail first class recorded delivery service. unless we notify you of any delays we aim to deliver your order between 1-3 working days
all items must e sent back to zwi within 7 refund request(sunday not included )
Damaged goods
all items are inspected thoroughly prior to shipping. we strongly recommend you send any items back via the royal mail by special delivery, this will mean your returned order will be insured in case of loss or damage. refunds will not be issued if the goods are damaged or appeared worn for a long perioed of time. all security tags must be attached .
Exchanges
we will be delighted to exchange goods for an alternative option as long as we are notified of the request within 3 working days. we will issue you with a new invoice with any new charges
